About Me

I grew up in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, and am married with two children.

When not working, I enjoy baking, running and visiting the gym.

I am a parent governor for a local Primary School

My Work History & Experience

I undertook a dual honors degree at Keele Univeristy, choosing to specialise in Law in my third year to obtain my LLB in 2006. I then completed my LPC at BPP Manchester in 2007.

I carried out my training contract in Cambridge between 2007 and 2009, gaining experience in a range of areas of law before deciding to qualify into litigation.

After qualifying in 2009, I stayed with the firm I trained at. In 2012 I moved to a Dispute Resolution department in a larger legal 500 firm in London. I was there for five years before joining Ward Gethin Archer.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, I have conducted a wide range of cases through the county and high courts, arbitrations, and tribunals.

My Time at Ward Gethin Archer

I qualified as a solicitor in 2009, and have therefore been qualified for over 10 years. I joined Ward Gethin Archer's Dispute Resolution team in June 2017.

Since qualifying I have only worked in litigation and dispute resolution roles. This has been interesting and provided me with experience in a wide range of issues across different areas of law, enabling me to develop my skills and knowledge and provide practical advice to my clients.

I help with contractual disputes, property ownership disputes, boundary disputes, inheritance disputes, professional negligence claims and debt recovery.  I tend to deal with the more complicated and challenging cases, and act in a supervisory role for other members of the team.

What I Can Do For You

I adopt a practical and pragmatic approach to trying to resolve a wide range of disputes, assisting private individuals as well as commercial entities and charities.

In my work, I strive to provide advice that is both practical and cost-effective for my client's specific circumstances.
