Criminal Matters
Many people unfortunately may find themselves on the "wrong side" of the law, often due to situations which were never anticipated. Whether a speeding offence or something far more serious, we have the experience to provide realistic advice and will at all stages guide you carefully through the process, providing effective and, where necessary, robust representation.
Advice and assistance at the Police Station, following an arrest, will be available under the Legal Aid Scheme without charge, and Legal Aid may also be granted if a case is taken against you to the Magistrates or Crown Court. Our aim is to give full and active support through the criminal justice system and obtain the best possible outcome for you that we can.
