Conditional Fee Agreement
We offer a free assessment of your claim and can normally represent clients under

We will discuss these funding arrangements with you in full during your free initial
consultation, but generally this means that you will not have to pay anything should
your claim be unsuccessful.
Legal Expenses Insurance
We can also seek payment of our legal costs through any insurance that you may
already hold to cover legal expenses on an existing policy.
In the absence of such an existing policy, we can arrange insurance through Accident
Line Protect to cover payment of your expenses and opponent's costs, should your
claim be unsuccessful.
