This is an increasingly important part of our service to clients. We can offer advice on all issues arising from the ownership or occupation of land and residential and commercial property. Our expertise in this area includes:

We have expertise dealing with all disputes which arise between both residential and commercial landlords and their tenants including rent arrears, breach of contractual obligation, repairs and termination. We also have specialist knowledge of the law relating to site owners and mobile home owners.
Specialist
Barbara Judkins, the firm's supervisor in housing law, has in the past lectured extensively in all areas of land law. She is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
