Background and Qualifications

Zara studied Law at Reading University and also completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in London, where she specialised in Wills, Probate and Trusts. She joined Archer & Archer in September 2008.

Work Undertaken

Zara deals with a wide range of Private Client work. She has extensive knowledge of Will drafting, Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning and Administration of Estates including Deeds of Variation.

In addition the department deals with the setting up of trusts, the breaking and varying of trusts, advising of the interpretation of trust deeds and constitutions and advising trustees as to their powers and duties.

Zara’s clients include private individuals and their families from all parts of the local community and East Anglian area.
